The alternative to inheritance is to use a runtime scheme like in Qt. Maybe Google thinks the compiler will de-virtualize some of them? What we need is a meta-compiler!

@Jefery I like some of the things Trump has said in the past in his presidential campaign, but he has also said quite a few things I think are either 1) unrealistic (like building a wall between Mexico and US) 2) Batshit insane (fighting more wars) 3) he is not specific enough when giving purported solutions to issues. @Lalaland That's the thing though, its easy to fall for what you want to hear, but at the end of the day, its still Congress that votes in laws, and if its not the Congress with a majority in his party, then they will block him as is currently happening with Obama.

So whatever promises Trump makes, at the end of the day, he will still need Congress's approval if he were to become president

I love the hilarious people who equate mathematics "the subject at school" and mathematics. Those have the longest way to fall.

@ElimGarak I hit a wall at things i cant represent in my head. Like I'm reasonably good with vector algebra, but matrices dont make sense to me. Vectors have a geometric, or visual representation, matrices dont (afaik). Same for integrals, I'm ok with the ones that represent area under a curve, or a volume, but past that I hit a wall.
