@AlexM. back at uni, I was paid by IS students to give them compressed form of lectures, because they can't understand the nonsense that comes from their lecturer who I found out that he also have multiple psychological disorders, but the uni doesn't care about that, they care about how good your research is to get more publicity

It might be the best part about your job. Which mostly means it's a shitty job. Which IMO directly contradicts that the job would be a "good thing" in your life

@sehe it's not one specific easy to read rule written somewhere, the HR will pay me on how many hours I work during the formal work time, any issues with that are cut by the HR, any issues within the job are handled by different means, like move you to a different section or office or location..etc
