I'd think twice before hiring someone without a relevant degree, which is strange because I assign them fairly low value in my mind when looking through the qualifications of someone who has one.

Degree's are becoming so token right now, it's not funny. Everyone and their mother has a degree in SOMETHING these days. You'd just be one of 50 applicants with a 4-year CS degree.

Personally, certifications are the way to go if you're mainly self-taught. They're cheap and you'll be expected to get the same certifications once you graduate from college anyway, so you may as well cut out the middle-man.

seems to work pretty well

builds billions of voxels and their meshes in a few frames
