I believe that it should be 'int'/'double', but two compilers yield 'int'/'int' (gcc 4.3, clang 3.1), two compilers yield 'double'/'double' (Solaris CC, VS), and one yields what I expected: 'int'/'double' (IBM xlC)... I don't have more compilers to test...
