Second line, I got another lady who instantly tells me "Well, with all business plans you always have a static IP. I can't do anything for you." After a bit of pressuring she put me on hold and get someone to look at my record and then I could suddenly get static IP as a new option

And, apparently, I had the same IP addresses for months by pure luck and now it's changing every day
