CMake is awful

provinces are municipally levying jurisdictions dependent on municipally acquired provincial funds - this means that to exempt institutions within municipal jurisdictions it would be necessary to also control the transfer of levied taxes from within provinces and between municipal jurisdictions and institutions

I really think we ought to make a Standard to define how to pronounce these terms.

std::sort would be "standard sort", std::cout is "standard output" etc.

Who actually speaks identifiers?
