The only good API for such a thing would be a pair of functions; one that takes a string and a secret key and returns a cookie and one that takes a cookie and a secret key and returns a string or throws an exception.

For the record, I really don't mind doing it in Poland. In some ways it'd be better for me. I struggle to work up the motivation to bother travelling within the UK, but somehow if it's another country there's more of a mental drive. Plus Polish girls are hot stuff.
