@Crowz ok, well, the idea of truth tables is that you show the outputs that you want from the system, so think in terms of binary, for '13' you will need 4 output pins, and to get to 13, you need 6 numbers. so start there, six columns, 4 rows, fill out what needs to be on/off to give each numbers. (maybe an extra row/column for headers)

I'm just not quite getting two things... 1: if I only care about the fibonacci numbers here, what do I do with the other numbers? 2: what is the "next" state meant to imply?

@Crowz think here, you have 4 outputs (I trust you see why) and 7 'states' (1,1,3,5,8,13 again, I trust you can see why). So make a table that maps that four outputs to those 7 states.

I could also write the compiler in JavaScript and pass the result back to C++ which then executes it in a new V8 environment.
