@Kyll A JavaScript question about jQuery: Which jQuery version is the best ? I found this question and seems that it says: Use 2.x if you don't need support Old IE, otherwise use 1.x. But what's the main difference between 1.x and 2.x? Or does it mean that 2.x just removed Old IE support? (Hmm...that feature seems very bad if so)

Shouldn't an excessive amount of non-latin characters trigger Smokey? We're seeing quite some Indian/Chinese/? spam lately, with lots of such characters (often >50% of the post)

Anyway, to me that jQuery is more like requests in Python: We sure can use urllib instead of requests, but it's more complex. JavaScript can also does everything without jQuery, but jQuery is more simple. Am I right?
