Conceptual question.

I have a loader that I give a .hlsl file, and it returns me a Shader construct that is basically a container for multiple ShaderTechniques, which in turn contains multiple ShaderPasses. These are all described by ShaderDescription, ShaderTechniqueDescription, and ShaderPassDescription respectively.

When I invoke the loader, should I just return the descriptions and let people do whatever the fuck they want with it?

Or should I keep it to loading the whole thing?

Coming to think of it, I should probably see if I can make this loader system a bit more robust than it already is...

Hello all! Simple question here: I have to perform task with probability, for example 0.1
What does that mean? That task should only be executed 1 time out of 10? But doing it with mod functions (i.e %10) isn't probably correct. Any help highly appreciated
