Xeon Phy sucks. In moderately parallel applications traditional xeons trounce xeon Phy, in massively parallel applications GPGPUs rule. Xeon Phy is only marginally competitive when you can perfectly parallelize AND vectorize your application if either one is not perfect forget Xeon Phy.

I have a C++ question that's too subjective for SO. I know that it's possible to separate template class definitions and declarations by including an ".inl" source file. But I'm debating whether I *should do this separation, from a style and readability point of view.
