reflective on the outer side, wool on the inside

@chmod711telkitty in the walls or the ceiling. In the walls the steel framing negates all of that because it's conductive. That's why you use steel for the inside walls but never for exterior.

We had an issue resolved this morning. A customer was complaining he couldn't backup anything from his external HD in Mac OSX. The external HD "didn't appear". We've been asking more information. Screen shots. Large dumps of system information. We've been asking whether they were using the proper mount point. We've tested mountpoints with spaces - whether they triggered some kind of bug (of course not).
