This reminds me when we let a guy write the paper for an exam. The professor was clearly a unix/linux fanboy and windows hater (even had bumper stickers). We didn't pass the exam because of the paper being decorated with footers as Windows Vista taskbars.

People keep telling me "SO in other languages is a good thing".. I still think programming is a de facto English thing and to avoid further problems and increase readability they should study English first

I think it's simply completely impractical to attempt to translate programming resources.
