I can load the texture just fine, and I can render it on the surface of a cube, but canny get it to work for the font stuff.

Curious what the 'accum' sampler is for though...

I also tried to follow through to the image loading code, as far as I could tell, you always loads as RGBA (or maybe BGRA) and always to a RGBA... but the image is just grey scale...
