Anyone know if there is a way to find out when/why a user was entered into the black list? I think that would help in determining if they should still be there or not. If the user previously posted spam and now he is plagiarizing then I would leave him in it.

I had once an occasion where I answered a question and then came another answerer, at first his rep is N and then suddenly I got downvoted and when I reload the page, I checked that the other answerer now got rep N-1. Then when I checked his profile, he only voted once that day, week, and month...

@rene If you have any thoughts on the matter that would be great. Mine are that we do our best, and often throw them into the chaos of the moment. And the result is often a comment like "what is going on here" at best. At worst, and usual, is disappearance. And you only get one shot at a first impression. So I try to manage it.

@gunr2171 Flexboxes work the best if you take a rectangle, and cuts in 1 dimension only, so only vertical cuts, or horizontal cuts. To make the layout you show, you cannot do that with only cuts of those types. While you cannot use flexbox, you may be able to do it with a css table layout.

It is hard to say what block to remove, before the layout works, because I am not sure for the constraints for every block

@gunr2171 I would suggest giving the blue box the same height as the orange and red, and then increasing the size of the yellow, then you can do it easily with flexbox
