Hey. I really need help here. No idea for me and any of my colleagues what to check.
Situation: there is a function db_query which executes SQL query. After query execution, there is a few seconds and in database something creates a duplicate of SQL query. (Only stuff going on with INSERTS). Last time of this happening, we checked - 6 seconds after first insert, there is seconds insert. Any suggestions what to check?
I am using pg_connect database connection in PHP.

@Ocramius The --file option is part of the config command. I can run "composer config --file='composer.local.json'" and it will run, and do nothing apparently. The next 'composer update' I do is still using composer.json, not the one I specified.
So I need to run config and update together?

If in doubt, there's a sort function where you can perform your own algorithm for sorting as well
