Is Coliru one of a kind or are there others? What's the exact history? Was it the first?

@ElimGarak I suspect (but will admit that it's only suspect--I'm not at all sure) that by now, things have stayed calm enough for long enough that Puppy being an owner again wouldn't be a big problem. The original reinstatement happened within hours of his removal (maybe within one hour, though I'd have to look to be sure).
