@rightføld The moon wasn't but recall your question on whether humans are artifacts; if humans are artifacts, then what created men and women must call us artifacts, and whatever created what created us would call what created us an artifact, etc. until that "something" (if it exists) can claim to have created the moon as well, in which case it too would be called an artifact. Perhaps this has roots in the "whether God exists" dilemma
