There's also the fact that the Unicode Name property is not meant for presentation, but as an identifier instead (exhibit A: see "brakcet" above; that will never be fixed). But the code point is already a smaller identifier with the same uniqueness.

I can't think of a way to make is_titlecase useful. For clarity, unlike "Uppercase" and "Lowercase" there isn't a "Titlecase" Unicode property. If provided, it would have to be derived, but I can't think of way to do it that 1) isn't overly complex 2) meets expectations (what are the expectations?)
