What do you guys do to test if an expression is compile-time? For integral ones, I've always just made an array, but I can't even recall needing a non-integral one, and the array thing won't work in C++14.

@chris I don't believe there are any legal tests. Every compiler has parts that it should not accept as ICEs but it does anyway- not to mention things like G++ offering VLAs
