Clicking needs admin will ask you for a reason, which will get sent to the admin dash along with the post. I review those regularly, and I suspect Undo and hichris do too.
@ArtOfCode Quick question, in which cases would a post need an admin? AFAIK if there's any conflict about the spaminess / rudeness of a post they are discussed in the room
I'm one of the Charcoal developers, primarily on metasmoke, but I do have Smokey access too. I'm at for help if you need it, so are the friendly bunch in this room
So Magisch has suggested that we make Smokey reviewer stats public, including total reviews, invalidated feedback, and percent invalidated. Forgetting what your stats are - how happy would everyone be for that to happen, even if your stats weren't so good?
It seems like a good idea to me, I just want to make sure that nobody has a big issue with us exposing stats that are potentially negative reflections on the user.
I would like this not only because I like to check my own stats and see that I stay at a good rate, but also because some people have growing fears with Smokey feedback and will make snide comments

@AshishAhujaツ For now you can not send commands there, you need to ask to be privileged, I would advise to work some form SOCVR and when you get the hang of it, you can ask for priv also there. (create accounts on all other site's you can flag)
@EICaptain hmm 4-5 minutes, I do not think a mod will take action on a post like that, the code is slightly different, it the grace time, you need to find a pattern a single post is nothing.

@EICaptain its a problem of coordinating voting that is not allowed on SO (specially targeting user), that's why we avoid these issue, hence we can not say how you should vote ecc. In this case the spam or abusive flag can not be used so you only option is a custom mod flag.
@EICaptain There is a whole iOS / Swift team by now so I guess you can really make a difference in keeping clean those tags if you like to coordinate reviewing say hello to @Drew or @JAL
@AshishAhujaツ it similar to flagging with the exception that we confirm also destruction of post (hence in these case you will not flag, but rollback), so no flag no black listing
