The safe bet is NAA, you can also flag as spam as David said. Offensive should be accepted too, but is less common AFAIK

@DavidG The flag technically says Rude or abusive. You can certainly find such behaviour (posting garbage) to be an abuse of the system. It's a stretch, but it works. Getting a declined flag for such a trivial matter is quite meh though
