That's great because I was actually talking to rene "going through the history of the Q to see if it was reopened". But at least it was a helpful message.
Has anyone had a problem using the dupe hammer to change the dupe target of a question? I ask as the OP of this question says it wouldn't let them. I posted an answer showing that I have done it on C++ but I would like to know if anyone else has had something strange like that.
@Sam Closey2 will just record all review items in a UTC day. There is no need to know when they run out of votes. At the end of the day if the person does not hit 40 it's because they either ran out of votes or just stopped. It don't think we need to make that distinction.
well the problem is every time we have used time-based detection in the past it has ended up being a false-positive most of the time and annoying people

I think I need to update the spec. There should be no command "last session stats". Reviews Today can be improved to show the running stats along with the table of values.

I worked on a mobile app that utilized the live streaming api. I love answering questions on the youtube-livestreaming-api low traffic tag or any questions related to live events
Have a project coming up where client has some webcams (Axis I think) and they want certain logged in users to be able to access them remotely. Not sure how to do it, as I think I need to proxy the video feed somehow

@Drew Wowza is good. It was too expensive for our client, so they wanted to try a free solution. Only problem was that YouTube's only supported ingestion format is rtmp, which isn't really supported by most mobile devices natively like HLS is
There is really no reason to roll your own solution today. There are a lot of great APIs and pre-built systems available: Cisco (like Drew said), Ustream, TikiLive, Wowza, Red5
