@NathanOliver Yes, thanks, I already noticed that. But on meta I have the same banner. I'm not enough into html etc. to know it is the browser or the site. Normally rekonq works fine for far by most sites, including e.g. youtube.

@Tunaki I'm used to it. I'll give it a week or so.

I'm just upset they changed something working for no apparent reason and broke it. That happens way too often, on too many websites, programs, etc. That's not about reasonable changes, but changes just to change something - designers gone wild.

@LearnHowToBeTransparent Can't see it. Hmm, from another post it looks like the navbar should be rendered horizontally (shich sonds reasonable), but Rekonq renders it vertically. That would be a large ambiguity. Maybe there is something in the design not specified and rekonq defaults to vertically?

heh. :) my screen haz all of 900 pixels of height to be utilized. I can spare a few 150 for a sticky navbar. hmmmyeah... I also zoom at 67% to be able to see more than one line at a time.

So, this new bar for SO, when I got points, it looked like the trophy turned into the Eagle symbol of uh... WWII Germany.

Maybe that's just me, but cutting off the top half of the trophy definitely makes it look like an Eagle.
