@zondo don't flag it as NAA, because it will just get declined as my "discussion" that devolved into a person attack in meta. I specifically mentioned "answers" that asked 3 paragraphs of questions and then said, "you should try X" and got blasted that that is an answer.

In fact he said spam will probably be rejected if it's a user who has contributed to the site in normally in the past

Basically he said if it's a new user, spam flag is fine (but not better than the other flags - it just won't be declined). If it's not a new user, spam will probably be declined as it's likely it was an innocent mistake
