Yeah, mostly in car accidents but if the weather stays like that the people living on the streets or in the area's without electricity I assume that number will rise...

Nah, I tend to agree with him that it shouldn't be deleted.

The case of pull requests is a bit special because OP did make an effort to solve the problem, and it is worthwhile to keep

And is largely "polluted" with a yet unknown level of chatic behaviours.
