Some non-debugging questions are Too Broad or Unclear without code, but there are many many questions where any code is just noise.

@alirezasafian It does not require code. It's for a chrome extension that will run on any web page.

What code is he supposed to include? It is inserting an ifrom that is position fixed, and he wants to push the content of whatever site it loads on down. Simple enough to answer.

The task is simple, sure there may be many answers, but it isn't too broad. if we closed every question that had more than one possible answer, every question on the site would be closed.

It could be that too, but then he might be like "but that doesn't fully answer the question so you shouldn't have closed this" (which I have seen already tonight). Unclear/broad/not-a-service would be more accurate, I think.

I found this answer which copy/pasted example code from a site which gave examples of Java code for AES encryption. Since the site even gives a download link for that code, should I flag the post as plagiarism? I've posted a couple of comments but the user hasn't replied. The code is identical - I ran it through a diff tool. Even spaces were the same.
