The questions asks which one is better, so I would say POB. But as Kyll just mentioned it is an old inactive question that isn't attracting new answers so it doesn't warrant a close vote request.

@TinyGiant Well, despite OP didn't accept that math.ceil(11/2.0) answer. But it's clear that the question is the same. Yeah we got another answer from the new question, but the question isn't changed. So because the question is the same, I think we can vote to close it as a dupe.

@KevinGuan It's clearly an attempt to answer a question, therefore it should not be flagged as "Not an Answer"; and it doesn't have any severe content or formatting problems, so it should not be flagged as "Very Low Quality". By the current rules, it shouldn't be in the LQPRQ. However, that answer would warrant delete votes, so I can see why someone would "recommend deletion".

Then just downvote and move on. 20K+ users can delete it, or natural selection will take care of it.

The problem is that the LQPRQ is not used a substitute for the mod's NaA and VLQ queues, it is instead used as a delete vote queue for people who don't get delete votes.

@Cerbrus I had observed that as soon as sd posted there is a user who responds immediately with sd k, I figured it was an acknowledgement of sd presence. I was surprised to see what the command means, I am not sure the user fully understands what is happening.

@MrsEd sometimes the post is up for 45 seconds. Once people pounce on it (the smokey thing) the thing is we have a 2 minute window to issue the command to get it removed from this screen
