The reality is that to do that, you either need a vast amount of capital to begin with in order to pay people to develop your dream, or your need the ability to do it yourself and a lot of capital and time to build it, or you need to be an extremely capable developer who is capable of building both their own dream and the dreams of others side by side until yours is realised.
For most people, the last option is the most viable, but most people aren't extremely capable developers.

Of course passwords are encrypted and can't be "edited". But if passwords need to be changed I rather not have it show on the screen, that's all. I'll see if I can use type=password. Thanks guys
password changes should only be done by the end user - at the very most an admin should be able to delete the password hash so the user is forced to enter a new one.
What he's saying is that he's got a content editable table, he's gonna display the encrypted password for every user, but even if it cannot be read, it can be changed.
I agree. But my envirement is different. 1) Users can't change their password at all. Only the manager can. 2) It's an internal system. Can't be reached through the internet.
Guys what are you on about?!?! I'm not displaying the password at all!!! I'm simply displaying 5 asterixes as LITERAL. The passwords aren't even pulled from the database?!
How about this.. every user has e-mail associated with it. Manager can click a button that sends to that e-mail address a message saying that password has expired
@icecub short answer: use a form input. long answer: your idea is flawed (maybe not YOUR idea, but the one you are presenting) so we're offering alternatives. take them or leave them :P
