@dievardump The hook is for linting; it's attempting to lint intelligently (only the files that are staged), but I'm wondering if there are any weird edge cases where it might have trouble. (Like merges, rebase, etc)

@SomeKittens I don't use bootstrap so there's that, making a modal is really simple, just pass don't append it to the body but rather put it in the directive - don't do that stupid typeof thing (it's pointless anyway and should be in the directive's scope) and use ng-click instead of that insanely silly onclick. Also there is really no point in $compile here.
@SomeKittens take it as a challenge - teaching people who don't want to learn is a very important life skill. I suck at it but I'm really trying to get better. Introduce the right way as "the new way" to do things. Don't criticize his old code - rather tell him that you ead it and ask him if he heard of the new way to do it in Angular.

I can't. fuck that. if they don't want to learn they can get bent asking me for help to learn a concept. if they didn't ask and suck at their job and just wanna coast by on their limited knowledge, they will be removed before long.

Don't ya love it when you're cutting up a design and you find something that alludes to some huge piece of complicated functionality that hasn't been discussed even once?
Is there a problem using this keyword in a recursion in a prototype? Because the first time it accesses the function it works, after it calls the function in the inside of the function it will say undefined when I use this.list.length
@monners Just be glad you have designs. Last time i was working on UI stuff, the PM kept promising us reqs "sometime next week" until I refused to continue working without them, then printed out some wireframes, hand-wrote notes on the margins, scanned them into a PDF, and attached them to the reply to an automated Jira email.

When I evaluate var x=10;x--; as expected everything works.
