you basically just replace stimpacks with food/water.

the sleeping bit is the hard part

you'll die in just a hit or two

@KamilSolecki They're meant for it. They have lots of thrust to get you off the ground, and they're less inefficient at atmospheric pressure

well, the adrenaline mechanic is what makes the biggest difference

teh more things you kill, the more adrenaline you have, which gives you a big damage boost

but sleeping reduces your adrenaline

last night i was running around with a 50% dmg boost, sneak attacks were 1shotting things like crazy.

but, if i die, i go back to the last time i slept

and sleeping reduces that boost

and, if you don't get enough sleep, you get insomnia

which is a pain in the ass if you don't have a doctor readily available

you can also drink nuka cola to reduce tiredness,

but... it won't prevent insomnia

just delay it

there is medicine that will temporarily treat it

but going to a doctor is the only way to remove it
