So I try to just compensate by "working" a 3 hour overtime shift every few weekends, since we get OTx2 on weekends

I feel like 25% of my time at work is spent figuring out how to cheat the system and win the most for the least

I think it will always be that way until we get 4-hour work days implemented in Canada lol

If I can do the equivalent of someone's 8 hours inside 2 hours, I should get paid the full 8 hours and only be in the office for two hours a day

Sadly companies don't work that way

so instead you need to work only the 2 hours, which looks like the full 8 hours, and slack off for 6 hours in R15
