In Kotlin, do we have something like C#'s TaskCompletionSource<T>. It is used for async calls were you will manually trigger the completion of a task.

The example I'm thinking of is:

Well I think you do need to turn on the dev options, but when you plug in your phone to a laptop, it will show some debug notification.

and you need it set to something. What that something is depends on the version of android and never makes any sense. lol
