Probably realized they can repackage their RGB keyboard, limit the colours, and sell this at the old price while increasing the RGB price

I usually hold on to old hardware, but I have no use for the Apple stuff now, since I was the only mac user in the family

And one trackpad is enough, so I can sell the old one

I reckon I can probably get NZD 50 for the keyboard and old trackpad each, hopefully

That'll almost cover the cost of my replacement keyboard

And if I can get around 2k sgd for the laptop, then I recover most of my new laptop cost

Then, future USB dock included, and I'll have spent less than 1k on my new setup

Which is reasonable for a once in 2-3 year upgrade

Though this one will likely stick around longer

The new max spec Macbook is really good

Also really expensive :D

Unfortunately whoever decided it would be best to not upgrade has messed up because if you upgrade each time there's a new version, you wouldn't have to worry about tons of changes

@RaghavSood compilation doesn't have any issue. Issue is for example in finding where to apply runtime permissions handling. I planned to use Inspect Code feature because it should show me all places in code where I should handle runtime permissions. However, for some reason inspect Code doesn't show that necessary code areas
