emulator is 1.6 and device is 2.1

and i've also tried on a 1.6 device..

i've got five devices,3 of them are 2.1 and two running 1.6

i've tired to read the file like this.

BufferedReader reader = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(stream, "UTF-8"));
for (String line; (line = reader.readLine()) != null;) {
System.out.println(line);
}
reader.close()

but control is not entering into the loop.

means there is no lines..

i have a doubt with memcached

now we have to implement a feture that as user will go beyond a particular speed
or in restricted zone means we difined some zone which are restricted for user

than a screen will come there which have only that number which he can call in that consequences and as user will in speed or zone we have to send an email to parent

now my problem is when we are in speed beware of our created screen there is black screen in mobile and it got hanged and also i set that as user in speed than mail should go 1 time but it is going every second

@SwathiEP as far as i know, the timer will call the onTick method once its done counting

unless your putting it in a loop, it won't start again

what's your scenario?

@SheikhAman once its counting is completed onfinish method will be invoked not the ontick method

@SheikhAman there is a cancel method to cancel the countdown, but it is not stopping the timer
