hello folks, is anyone reasonably familiar with laravel? i have a "best practice"

"best practice" in laravel is "do not use laravel"

basically i want to know if I should create a single event and listener for sending various email notifications and loading up the payload with a slew of options for said emails, or if I should be creating a separate event and listener for each "action" that causes the email to be sent

or does it even matter?
