I'm not aware of an O(1) algorithm (highly doubting it's possible), but it's easy to do in log(N)2 search and log(N) update. This can likely be improved upon with a more specific algorithm. Put your elements in a Fenwick tree, with their probabilities as their values. Also when changing elements...

I use the common std container conventions like push_back, size, empty, clear. And lower camel case for the other methods. So I end up with a mixture of push_front and getTimestamp..

It's not horrible actually.
