@Griwes Maybe the mismatch between 'no local templates' and 'we still have generic lambdas' is that the latter only involve function templates. Correct me if I’m wrong, but there is no implementation where function specializations 'leak' the fact they stem from a template—ergo no possible mangling issue.

I find slacking off at home to be an important recharge time that helps me focus and put me back on the right path
