Well, ideally you don't need to know the implementation details. But when an API is a bit over-specified, it begins to leak implementation details.

@Morwenn Well, you certainly should not depend on implementation details. But just by knowing these details, you can understand upper bound of what interface can offer, without even reading public stuff.

Q: Creating a \precneq symbol

Going through the comprehensive symbols list, and also Detexify, we see that through various packages (mostly amssymb) we can get the symbols \prec Precedes. Unicode U+227A: ≺ \preceq Precedes or equals to. Unicode U+227C: ≼ \precsim Precedes or equivalent to. Unicode U+227E: ≾ \precnsim Preced...

^ mentions the related stuff, and also shows an alternative rendering, at least for me

But it seems that he took the opportunity to write a new album.

The new Gesaffelstein album has some nice collaborations. I guess that my favourite ones are the one with Lang Lang and the one with Gesaffelstein.

It's just that the album is really less electro than the previous one and they actually had musicians to record the songs. It's a wild guess, but I don't think there are many samples on this album.
