SO Close Vote Reviewers

Who is going around voting to close like... every single question? 90% of the questions I've been looking to answer today have at least 1 close vote for almost no reason grumble grumble

now for the record, what is shown to you is entirely the browser's decision. SO just uses the "not allowed" cursor option.
