if it's a new user, it doesn't matter (and spam is plausible). If it's someone who has reasonable posts elsewhere, then that spam flag will be declined because it'd mess them up for what was probably an innocent mistake.
But yeah @Tunaki You'll occasionally get declined flags on those

@PraveenKumar What i meant is that on chrome you can install a plugin... no need for !!notify... just to avoid 100 messages when you turn on pc... (The chrome plugin alerts you same as !!notify)

@Omar to broad can be broadly used, specially in these cases, the sense is "we have no idea how much we need to explain to you so that you can understand... since we need to do everything from the start"
Answerer is under the impression it is the correct answer, and isn't deleting it for that reason. This case is being discussed on meta, where he's basically saying "I'm not gonna delete it myself"
The problem with those link only answers is that they lose all value when the link dies. A better alternative is a short explanation, accompanied with a link to the full documentation. hello. ok. So my thought was when I google for things and find relevant questions on stack overflow, i help to find the answer i'm looking for. so people in the computer vision world used to find my 2010 OSS + article helpful, then it was gone, so basically i was reconnecting with those people. I did taylor each answer to the particular question though; they were all a little different. do i need to do something?
@Tunaki they were requesting similar algorithms, but we not duplicates. One was specifically people tracking. Another was looking to draw a box around an object and track it. the 3rd was similar but different too. they could all reuse the OSS
Hmm, a user was removed and I lost 2 reputation. It's not any of the users who answered my few questions; they all have their accounts still. I guess the only other explanation is that it was a user who accepted my suggested edit years ago?
