Is there a well written cross platform c++ library for developing on mobile phones nowadays?

@user190929 Platforms for developing games, this includes vectorized math libraries, the general rendering architecture, the development of tools (scene editors, animation editors, shader authoring tools, texture generation tools etc.). It's really a broad term for everything that someone needs to make a game. It could be just one thing, or all of them.

Then they came out with C++/CLI, and said (more or less): "Okay, this time we got it right -- it's really a general purpose tool." Then they backed off again, and admitted it was really only useful for interop. Now, we're at round 3, and sure enough they're claiming that C++/CX is really a general purpose tool...
