@rubenvb the standard way of spelling that sound for English English is 'ise', americans use 'ize'. The main difference between americans and English is that we are able to fathom that an alternate spelling exists. AFAIK there is no english spelling that uses 'ize' for that sound.

Java class files use UTF-8 but with 0xC0 0x80 instead of 0x00 to encode U+0000.

That's an overlong sequence, and it's not valid UTF-8.
