@Telkitty At least in this case, there is a difference between "fat" and just "heavy". Cattle naturally have a lot larger muscles than horses. A horse that's even close to the weight of a mature cow will either be much taller (e.g., a Percheron, Clydesdale or Belgian) or else, well, fat (and whatever that is in the picture doesn't look like a Drey horse).
