@R.MartinhoFernandes I have sound alerts set when my hr reaches certain zones, so I know when I'm going too fast (or too slow). I also compare it to the speed and that gives me a prettty well understanding of how tired I am.

@cyberspace009 Yes, thats a really good idea. I got an internship my 2nd university year because I described a project that used java xscockets, even though it wasn't commercial. If your project sucked, you shouldn't link to it, just lie about it.
