i find it super weird tha flats here are super badly distributed

either they have 3 micro rooms and a small living room, or 2 fat ass rooms and a giant living room

1 big living room, 1 small room and a medium one (two-person bed) seems like a better distribution system

also yesterday's salesman said they only upload 50% of the flats they have and that if i can't find anything good with other sellers, we can look at their assets and negotiate a good offer on them

so i always got that
