Are you expierincing this bug in which, after you mod flag, it allows you to flag again. But the second time, it shows a red dialog saying that you've already flagged the post. But it first allows you to enter text and flag.

@BhargavRao But I think that's a bit irritating. I just mod flagged a user for repeated plagiarism, and went to eat. When I came back, I thought I hadn't flagged, and entered another paragraph again, finding out that I had already flagged. Do you think this should be changed?

Nope, If someone has already flagged something for mod-attention, The mod will take care.

I think they prevent us from raising more than one flag to prevent us from spamming the mod queue

I came across two answers with the exact same code. Not even one line difference.
The only problem is that they were posted within ten minutes of each other, so I'm not sure if I should mod flag.
It is possible that they were plagiarized from some other source, but I can't find it.
What should I do?

The first answer, with the same code was posted to a question of the user who posted the same answer to another question after 10 mins. I think it is plagiarism.
