basically I have a checkbox, static text, then editable cell. if the checkbox is checked and then I need to read the cell value. but if I check, then edit the cell and with focus still in the cell click the button on the form to actually used the checked boxes it takes the value that was previously entered and not the value the user entered before the clicked the button
UNLESS i remove focus before clicking the button
