methodList.setdefault(item[0],[]).append(item[1:])

i am not able to add this by preserving the order

its really nice that once you get an idea about what you wanna do and then do it... sad thing in my case is that I have no ideas... yet... better start thinking about stuff that I wanna make...

@Ragav what are you trying to do? pls re-format your code by pressing Ctrl-K once you have properly indented your multi-line code.

on running the above I get

I presume that this is what your re-formated code looks like
