have a bug with my code when I use the get_time() custom function
def get_time(the_time):

error bug:
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2642' in position 7: ordinal not in range(128)

Just add a print(repr(the_time)) just inside your function. When it fails, you'll see what input it got.

had to reconfigure the server to not connect to the backend (while still storing it for later), breaking up XML feeds and then feeding then locally to keep it going - then sorting out what the triggers do on the replicated server...
